Upstairs, a modern open-concept kitchen and living space provides breathtaking ocean views- the ocean facing wall is fully lined with windows and a sliding glass door opens onto a spacious balcony with a BBQ and a propane fire pit. Back inside, sky lights provide even more natural light in the bright, fully equipped kitchen featuring granite counter tops, a full sized fridge with freezer, stove and oven, and dishwasher, as well as everything you may need for delicious dinners or relaxing brunches. A large dining table has space for all, and a cozy oversized sectional is perfect for curling up and watching the sunset after a full day of adventures, or relaxing and making use of the Cable TV or free WiFi. This level also features a second full bathroom.

The lower level features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a second with two single beds, as well as a den with three twin beds. In-suite laundry and a full bathroom with shower and tub on this floor, along with ground level access to the private oceanfront hot tub make for convenient and relaxing soaks from sunrise to sunset.
